If your monthly expenses and debt payments exceed your income, you should seriously consider filing Bankruptcy now.
WILL BANKRUPTCY GET RID OF MY DEBT?
Qualifying individuals and businesses can completely wipe out their existing debts and start over with a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Individuals and businesses that do not qualify for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy can consolidate their debt into a manageable payment through a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
WHAT IS CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY?
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is designed for debtors in financial difficulty who do not have the ability to pay their existing debts. It allows you to erase most or all of your debt without repayment while retaining most or all of your assets that are exempt pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes. Filing a Bankruptcy Petition will immediately stop your creditors from harassing you about future payments.
WHAT IS CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY?
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy restructures your debts by consolidating or reducing your monthly payments into a manageable amount over a period of 3 to 5 years. Chapter 13 is best for persons that are behind on mortgage or car payments. Chapter 13 allows persons to keep their home from foreclosure or their car from repossession.
